The want for something more is killing me inside
The want for the past eating out my mind
I cannot change what I have done
But Lord God help me to run
Run back to You and forget my past
Because I know only Your love will last
To tell the truth, You know I love You too
But the things I’ve done weren’t really of You
Every where I go, I got distractions
from what I really gatta do
But in the end, I know what I gatta pursue.
Its You Lord.
Ain’t nothing more true
I know I gatta put down what I’m about to do
And just worship You
All these pains and aches are finally going away
I gatta thank God every single day

Just found a bunch of old writings I use to do. I was pretty emo, but figure I post some of them even if they not that good haha

Some days I feel like giving up
Some days I wonder ‘why I’m here’
The feeling of lost is in my heart
But the need to be found is strong
I’m not always sure of what I do
Or why the path has lead me here
But I do know it is for a reason
For what is reason
Without question
What is life
Without love
My mind is twisted
But i shall not quit
My will is strong
Which keeps me alive
The future I seek
Begins right now
So help me LORD
And I wont let You down.
